Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 to 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup quinoa or chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender such as a NutriBullet or Vita Mix and blend 60 or more seconds until smooth.  Pulse the blender some to help bring all the spinach into the blades.
