Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Strawberry Kiwi Rooibos Tea brewed and cooled
  • 5 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 to 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1/4 cup quinoa optional
  • 1/2 banana optional

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a high powered blender and blend about 60 seconds or more until smooth.

Recipe Notes

Notes: Soaking the quinoa overnight in some water will give you a smoother texture when you make this smoothie.
