Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves packed
  • 1/2 pear cored
  • 1/2 lemon seeds removed and peeled
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup flax seed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Directions:

  1. 1 Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, about 60 seconds
  2. 2 Pour into a glass and garnish with the lemon zest and enjoy
