  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or arugula
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup or more quinoa
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup purified water

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Slice avocado in half an scoop the meat into the blender jar
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend about 60 seconds until the texture is smooth and creamy
