Cranberry Banana Date Smoothie

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 4 - 6 fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 cup dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped ginger to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 orange peeled. Reserve peel
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup purified water

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Break a small amount of the orange rind into small chunks. Add it and all remaining ingredients to the NutriBullet and blend about 60 seconds until smooth.

Recipe Notes

Notes: You don't need to mince the ginger.  The NutriBullet will pulverize it for you.  You can also add some arugula, parsley, spinach or other greens to give it a detox boost.
