Sautéed Spinach with Garlic Butter and Lemon Recipe
This delicious sautéed spinach and garlic butter recipe has a lot going for it. It’s fast, easy to make, healthy and delicious.
As I was growing up, vegetables were something where mom opened a can of corn, beans, peas or whatever and heated them up. No wonder I never cared for vegetables… and why parents have trouble getting their kids to eat them!
Now that I have been creating vegetable recipes, I’ve found a delicious new food group (vegetables) that I love eating. I feel better, don’t crave unhealthy foods and have a better outlook on life. I should say though, that while I mention kids and eating vegetables in this post, I wouldn’t try this one to get the kids to eat more spinach. The taste, while delicious, is definitely an adult taste.
