If you want a break from turkey and ham for your next holiday feast, then give this Lapsang Souchong Tea Marinated Rub Cornish Hen recipe a try. The tea rub gives the hens a unique delicious flavor your guests will compliment you on.

This video is from a cooking show I filmed with Wy Livingston of Wystones World Teas over 10 years ago.  This was done on some rather archaic equipment by today’s standards and the video compression done by both the video editing program and YouTube were awful back then, but the show was well ahead of the curve in terms of popularity of cooking shows today.

Cooking shows are one of the best ways to market your food brand.  Unlike the popular sixty second overhead videos that are so common today on social media, a cooking show that resides on your own website and YouTube channel will build a lasting loyal following that will talk you up to their friends.

Be sure to contact me if you would like to discuss filming a cooking show for your brand.   Order some premium Lapsang Souchong tea from Wystones here.
